1. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel recurring monthly or annual subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by emailing support@topicdrop.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your transaction, provided that less than 20% of your plan credits have been consumed.

3. Credit Pack Purchases

One-time non-expiring credit packs are refundable within 48 hours of purchase if no credits from that pack have been spent.

4. System Errors & AI Generation Failures

Credits are never charged for failed AI generation attempts. If an erroneous deduction occurs due to technical anomalies, credits are automatically restored to your wallet.
